Manifestating your own pathway

"Carving your own path" seems easier said that done. It starts with Daring to dream for the better, something that you're good at, something that you're passionate about and something that the world needs. (Purpose, Passion and Vocation) a.k.a. your Ikigai.

Shu-Ha-Ri translates as “follow, breakaway, and transcend.”

Simply meaning that we learn from all around us, we imitate or follow or put to practice what we learn or are taught, through errors we obtain our own individual learnings and we innovate for the better.

For example, when good is done to us, we are taught to do good towards the same direction (similar to upstream and downstream of a river). But recently I’ve come to an understanding that the same direction still leaves us with good within our inner circle of relationships (can be professional or personal).

As part of being Gen Y or Millennials or Echo Boomers, we have the opportunity to move forward, think for the better and push towards innovation of thought (something new). Challenging traditional thinking and adapting to a new normal is what we are called.

So let’s move away from small defeats, and triumph towards more a better world for the generation to come (the children of the future).
